Im 20 years old and have been working out since I was about 15. I trained with weights for a few years and currently moved on to calisthenics which is body weight workouts. During that time I have also done MMA for about 2 years. Over the 5 years of training I have tried all kinds and types of work outs in order to improve as much as I can. Finally Im here to teach you some of my techniques not just about increasing jumping ability but in general what exercising is about.

Remember fitness is a life style. Once you start you have to go at it in order to maintain your shape and progress. Trust me guys once you start working out it’l become a hobby to you and you will enjoy it.
